Notice for Shipping Delay Compensation

Thank you for loving our dolls.

We apologize for the delay in the shipment of some dolls due to recent production schedule and we ask for your understanding.
If there is a delay in shipment, you do not have to ask us separately since the compensation program is automatically proceed in accordance with SOOM’s Shipping Guarantee Service as below

Shipping Guarantee Service*

If shipment is delayed due to not being shipped over 100 days from the full payment date, you will be compensated for the amount of 1% of the product price (excluding shipping fee) multiplied by the number of delayed days. But if the delay is more than 25 days, we will apply up to 25% discount on the applicable product price.

* Depending on the doll and options you ordered, the guarantee date may vary, so please refer to the production period noticed on the product page.

 

The points will be provided after the shipment is done, and it can be confirmed at ‘My Account > My Point > Point logs’ after login.
Even if the delivery is delayed, we will do our best to ship your doll safely
