We would like to inform that our payment service for PayPal and bank transfer will be discontinued provisionally on June 13th as follows.

Date : From 9:00 am on June 13, 2023(Korean time)
Details : Discontinuation of support for PayPal and bank transfer payments

If you send the money directly to our existing PayPal or WeChat account, payment confirmation is not possible, so please use other payment services such as Credit card(VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB), UnionPay, WeChat Pay, or Alipay.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation. Thank you.

    Why are you discontinuing the use of Paypal and Bank Transfer?
    How will this affect the use of the layaway payment process?
    I ask because I wish to understand so I can continue to buy your products and support your business.

      Wtf Soom? By stopping PayPal you effectively stop like half of your buyer base to purchase from you. Personally I know Im not going to get a credit card just to buy from 1 company and the Chinese payment services are totally out of question anyway. Bye Soom, it was nice while it lasted.

    This is an incredibly poor decision if you want customers outside of Asia. Most of us won’t be able to use your alternative payment options and not everyone has access to a credit card. If you are worried about PayPal fees then surely you can include them in your prices? A baffling decision to make.

    Can we please have some kind of reasoning? It’s not going to be near impossible to buy anything from you, which makes me sad as a long time customer.

    First of all, we sincerely apologize for your inconvenience.
    In order to minimize inconvenience to customers using PayPal, we would like to resume PayPal payment service by charging a small additional fee.
    We have been using PayPal for a long time, but the fee we have to pay has gradually increased, and recently there have been problems with settlement.
    We apologize for not disclosing the reason for the suspension in advance because we did not want to comment publicly on a particular payment company’s policy.
    We will do our best there is any inconvenience in using our website.
